Payment & Dispatch

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and cleared. We aim to dispatch within 1–5 working days of payment clearing. Where ordered items are out of stock, you will be informed and given options.

Postage & Delivery

Jules takes great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and quickly. Postage is based on weight. Usual delivery time is 1–5 days — though it may take a little longer during bank holidays and extreme weather.

Loss & Damages

We package goods carefully — please check your parcel as soon as possible on receipt. If products are damaged, inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Royal Mail doesn't class an item as lost until 15 days have passed — if you haven't received your order after 7 days, email [email protected] and we'll send a replacement.

What is your dog called?

She was called Sirius. Not named after Sirius Black from Harry Potter, but Sirius the star — the brightest visible star in our solar system. Sadly she died 23 October 2024. She is forever woven into JOTE. 🖤

What is your cat called?

He is called Charlie Kitten. I've had him since he was 4 weeks old — he was a feral kitten that sat in the palm of my hand, so he will always be my baby boy, little kitten! He is also the official JOTE quality control inspector and seat-stealer.

What is your chicken called?

She is called Houdini — she is always escaping her pen. We support her choices.
