Product Availability

All products give clear information regarding the ingredients used. Jules Of The Earth uses only natural ingredients — what you see is what you get. If you have questions or cannot find information about a product, please contact us.

All products are hand-made by Jules and many are made to order — please be specific about any requirements. Jules Of The Earth endeavours to stock all listed products. However, all products are subject to availability.

Where there are seasonal shortages or where out-of-stock products cannot be made within 5 working days, Jules Of The Earth may temporarily restrict or withdraw a product from sale — even after an order has been placed. In such cases, you will always be informed and given alternative options.

Returns & Exchanges

We endeavour to describe our products accurately and aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange — excluding return postage costs — providing the goods are:

• Unopened and unused
• In perfect, re-saleable condition
• Returned within 7 working days of delivery

Loss & Damages

We package our goods carefully, but we advise you check your parcel as soon as possible upon receipt. In the unlikely event that products have become damaged or lost, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

For lost items: Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 15 days have passed. If you have not received your item after 7 days, please email [email protected] and we will send a replacement.

Jules Of The Earth reserves the right to investigate any claims.

Our products have a wide range of applications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are used appropriately. Jules Of The Earth accepts no liability for representations, warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose.

Jules Of The Earth makes no claims to any reputed therapeutic value of any products. Customers should satisfy themselves as to the suitability of products before purchase. All ingredients are listed on product labels and the website — please review these carefully, particularly if you have known allergies.

Payment & Dispatch

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and funds have cleared. Upon receipt of payment, we aim to dispatch within 1–5 working days.

We accept: Direct bank transfer, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Where ordered items are out of stock, customers will be informed and advised of available options.

Postage & Delivery

Jules takes great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and quickly. Postage is based on weight. Usual delivery time is 1–5 days, though it may take a little longer during bank holidays and extreme weather.

Free standard UK shipping on orders over £50.

For international orders, please email us before placing an order to confirm postage costs. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
